摘  要:在变电设备高频局部放电监测系统设计中,信号处理电路的设计难点在于滤波电路中的电感和电容器件在高频条件下会存在寄生参数,导致电路实际性能无法达到预期。文中提出了一种基于LC器件实测特性的高性能无源滤波电路优化设计方法,通过对各厂家器件实测特性的优选和拟合实现了与滤波电路实测特性相符的7阶切比雪夫型带通滤波器仿真设计,能够从频率100 MHz的宽频段原始信号中提取出符合高频局部放电信号规范要求的3~30 MHz信号。实验结果表明,优化后滤波电路通带内的仿真与实测幅频特性之间的差异低于0.4 dB,滤波电路的实测通带衰减低于1.7 dB,由同型号器件中个体不同所导致的电路通带特性差异低于0.3 dB。In the design of high-frequency partial discharge monitoring systems for substation equipment,the difficulty of signal processing circuit design lies in the parasitic parameters of inductors and capacitors in the filter circuit under high frequency conditions,which leads to the actual performance of the circuit cannot reach the expectation.This paper proposed an optimization design method for passive filter circuits based on the LC device measured characteristics.A 7-order Chebyshev bandpass filter emulation design that was consistent with the measured characteristics was presented by optimizing and fitting the measured characteristics of components from various manufacturers,and the signals with frequency of 3~30 MHz that met the requirements of high-frequency partial discharge signal specifications can be extracted from the original wide-band signals with frequency up to 100 MHz.The experimental results show that the difference between the emulated and measured amplitude frequency characteristics of the optimized filter circuit throughout the passband is lower than 0.4 dB,the measured attenuation of the filter circuit throughout the passband is lower than 1.7 dB,and the differences between circuit passband characteristics caused by individual differences in the same model of components are lower than 0.3 dB.
