摘 要:为高效准确地量化非线性结构的关键地震响应极值分布以及构件失效概率,在考虑结构和地震双重不确定的前提下发展一种有效的结构动力可靠度评估框架。首先详细阐述和发展了地震可靠度分析的理论方法,主要包括非平稳地震动的降维模拟,分数矩的单循环最大熵理论,以及与中心L2偏差相结合的拉丁超立方抽样方法三部分。然后通过一个三层非线性混凝土框架结构对所提出的方法进行初步验证。最后将提出的可靠度分析方法运用于西部山区某高墩大跨铁路刚构桥,开展高墩大跨刚构桥关键构件的地震可靠度分析,并与蒙特卡洛模拟结果进行对比,进一步验证该方法的高效性与适用性,为山区高墩大跨铁路桥梁抗震设防提供技术支撑。In order to efficiently and accurately quantify the extreme value distribution of critical seismic response and component failure probability of complex nonlinear structures,an effective structural dynamic reliability evaluation framework was proposed under the precondition of considering both structural and seismic uncertainties.Firstly,the basic principles and theoretical methods of seismic reliability analysis were elaborated and developed,including dimensionality reduction simulation of non-stationary ground motions,single-cycle maximum entropy theory of fractional moments,and Latin hypercube sampling combined with central L2 bias method.Then,a three-story nonlinear concrete shear frame structure was used to preliminarily validate the proposed method.Finally,the proposed reliability analysis method was applied to a high-pier and long-span railway rigid-frame bridge in the western mountainous area to carry out the seismic reliability analysis of the key components of the high-pier and long-span rigid-frame bridge.The results were compared with those of the Monte Carlo simulation to further verify the efficiency and applicability of the proposed method,which provides technical support for the seismic fortification of such bridges.
