摘　　要：目的 在了解区域内医疗机构影像设备运维安全现状基础上,建立医院影像设备远程运维安全模型及应对策略。方法 通过调查问卷了解区域内医疗机构影像运维安全现状,梳理影像远程运维的安全风险和隐患,建立有针对性、前瞻性的运维安全模型并在实践中应用。结果 所建立的远程运维安全模型能够应对调查所发现的各类远程运维安全隐患,实现降低风险、纵深防御的效果,但也需持续完善。结论 医院影像远程运维安全模型的应用,是符合医院影像远程运维现状的行业实践,可为医院影像设备远程运维安全建设起到示范作用,提供有益借鉴。Objective To establish a remote operation and maintenance security model and corresponding strategies for hospital imaging equipment,based on an understanding of the current status of operation and maintenance security for imaging devices in regional medical institutions.Methods A questionnaire survey was utilized to gather information on the current status of imaging operation and maintenance security within the region.This data was analyzed to identify security risks and potential hazards associated with remote operation and maintenance of imaging equipment.Subsequently,a targeted and forward-thinking operation and maintenance security model was developed and implemented in practice.Results The established remote operation and maintenance security model effectively addresses the various security concerns identified in the survey,achieving risk reduction and enhanced defense-in-depth.Nevertheless,continuous improvement is necessary to ensure optimal performance.Conclusion The application of the hospital imaging remote operation and maintenance security model aligns with industry practices and the current landscape of remote operation and maintenance for hospital imaging equipment.It serves as a demonstration and provides valuable insights for the security construction of remote operation and maintenance for hospital imaging devices.
