摘　　要：目的 探索信息化手段辅助医生对出院后的术后患儿进行生长发育线上管理的方法。方法 基于微服务、互联网+、大数据技术,建设儿童营养与发育综合管理平台,支撑术后患儿营养发育规范化管理流程。结果 基于平台的应用,实现了医生对2023年6月至2024年5月入院的64例普外科患儿出院后信息线上采集、评估及预警、干预指导和在线问诊。结论 平台的应用规范了患儿术后的营养发育综合管理流程,有助于多学科协作,以及患儿家长与医院间的高效协同,具有良好的应用前景。Objective This study explores methods to assist doctors in online management of the growth and development for postoperative children after discharge using information technology.Methods Based on micro-services architecture,Internet plus and big data technology,we constructed a management platform of children's nutrition and development to support the standardized management process of postoperative children.Results The platform was applied to 64 children admitted to General Surgery Department from June 1,2023 to May 31,2024,with which doctors could achieved online information collection,evaluation,warning,intervention guidance and consultation for postoperative children after discharge.Conclusion The application of the platform standardizes the comprehensive management process of nutrition and development of postoperative children.Additionally,it contributes to multi-disciplinary collaboration and efficient communication between parents and the hospital,which has good application prospects.
