摘　　要：目的 探讨基于移动护理信息系统的中医临床护理工作闭环管理的实践效果。方法 以移动护理信息系统为基础,对中医临床护理工作重点环节及终末护理质量进行闭环管理,比较闭环管理前后一级质控结果、护士工作时间、护士对闭环管理流程的满意度评分。结果 闭环管理后科室的一级质控结果、护士工作时间、护士对闭环管理流程的满意度评分均优于闭环管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在移动护理信息系统中进行闭环管理,可实现中医临床护理工作的流程化,以及护理质量管理的精细化和痕迹化。同时,在规范护士行为、保证护理安全、提升工作效率、改进护理质量等方面有明显的优势。Objective To explore the practical effect of closed-loop management of TCM clinical nursing work under the mobile nursing information system.Methods Based on the mobile nursing information system,the closed-loop management of key links and terminal nursing quality of TCM clinical nursing work was carried out,and the results of thefirst-level quality control before and after closed-loop management,the working hours of nurses,and the satisfaction scores of nurses to the closed-loop management process were compared.Results After closed-loop management,thefirst-level quality control results,nurses’working hours,and nurses’satisfaction with the closed-loop management process were all better than those before closed-loop management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of closed-loop management on mobile nursing information system can realize the centralization of traditional Chinese medicine nursing work and the refinement and traceability of nursing quality management.At the same time,it has obvious advantages in standardizing nurses’behavior,ensuring nursing safety,enhancing work efficiency and improving nursing quality.
