摘 要:为保证大功率轨道作业车在长大坡道安全运用,提出大功率轨道作业车设计方案:牵引传动系统、牵引控制系统、制动系统均采用冗余备份,作业装置设有机械锁闭机构且其锁定状态与大功率轨道作业车行走联控。大功率轨道作业车的线路运行性能专项试验和现场运用实践表明:大功率轨道作业车牵引和制动性能满足日常作业和高原作业时的安全要求,解决长大坡道基础设施检修作业和安全运用的难题,但在长大坡道连续调速运行时不适合采用空气制动。To ensure the safe operation of highpower railway operation vehicle on long and steep slope,a design scheme for highpower railway operation vehicle is proposed:the traction transmission system,traction control system,and braking system all adopt redundant backups,and the operation device is equipped with a mechanical locking mechanism which locking state is linked with the walking of highpower railway operation vehicle.The special test of the line operation performance and onsite application practice of highpower railway operation vehicle have shown that the traction and braking performance of highpower railway operation vehicle meets the safety requirements of daily operations and highaltitude operations which solves the problems of infrastructure maintenance and safe operation on long and steep slope.However,air braking is not suitable for continuous speed regulation operation on long and steep slope.
