摘　　要：文章对新疆的大宗杂粕蛋白饲料资源,包括棉籽粕、菜籽粕、葵花粕以及辣椒粕的资源现状、资源分布、营养价值,以及其在反刍动物上的应用技术进展进行了综述,以期为新疆畜牧业中合理利用蛋白饲料资源提供理论支持。This essay mainly reviews the resource status,resource distribution,nutritional value of the main bulk miscellaneous meal protein feed resources in Xinjiang,including cottonseed meal,rapeseed meal,sunflower meal and pepper meal,as well as the progress of its application technology in ruminants,in order to provide theoretical support for the rational use of protein feed resources in animal husbandry in Xinjiang.
