摘　　要：全球供应链具有复杂互联性和脆弱性,在频发的自然灾害、全球或区域性的大流行病以及地缘政治冲突下面临严重的不确定性。随着数字化技术的发展,人工智能、数字供应链孪生等供应链战略性新兴技术将持续助力韧性供应链建设。文章结合多个企业案例,深入探讨了数字化时代下韧性供应链的构建方法,并提出了当前理论研究与实践应用的新趋势。研究表明,在数字化时代下,供应链韧性理论研究具有供应链韧性提升方法研究、供应链韧性内生性决策研究以及特定情境下的供应链韧性研究三个新趋势;供应链韧性实践应用趋势则主要体现在三个方面,一是我国优势产业“走出去”整合全球供应链资源,增强海外供应链韧性;二是我国加快推动产业中西部梯度转移和海外垂直分工体系建设,增强双循环供应链的韧性;三是发挥国家级双跨平台作用,打破供应链孤岛,提升平台型供应链韧性。Global supply chains are complexly interconnected and fragile,facing serious uncertainties under frequent natural disasters,global or regional pandemics,and geopolitical conflicts.With the development of digital technology,strategic emerging technologies for supply chains,such as artificial intelligence and digital supply chain twin,will continue to help build resilient supply chains.This paper combines several enterprise cases to discuss in depth the construction method of resilient supply chain in the digital era,and puts forward the new trends of theoretical research and practical application.The study shows that in the digital era,supply chain resilience theoretical research has three new trends:supply chain resilience enhancement method research,supply chain resilience endogenous decision-making research,and supply chain resilience research in specific situations.The trend of practical application of supply chain resilience is mainly reflected in three aspects.Firstly,China s advantageous industries are“going out”to integrate global supply chain resources and enhance the resilience of overseas supply chains;secondly,China is accelerating the gradient transfer of industries in the central and western regions and the construction of overseas vertical industrial systems,enhancing the resilience of dual circulation supply chains;thirdly,leveraging the dual cross platform role at the national level,breaking down supply chain silos,and enhancing the resilience of platform based supply chains is also an important trend.
