摘 要:目的探讨基于情景(situation,S)-背景(background,B)-评估(assessment,A)-建议(recommendation,R),简称为SBAR模式的床旁交接班在提高皮肤科护理质量中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2023年4-11月我院皮肤性病科收治的398例患者及本科室9名护士为研究对象,按住院时间将2023年4-7月收治的196例患者作为对照组,给予传统交接班模式;2023年8-11月收治的202例患者作为观察组,给予SBAR床旁交接班模式。比较2组护士护理工作质量(基础护理、专科护理、病情观察、预判性护理、健康指导)、交接班质量;患者护理不良事件发生情况及健康教育掌握情况;护士评判性思维能力及对患者病情掌握情况。结果除护理工作质量中基础护理和评判性思维能力中评判性思维的自信心维度外,观察组护士护理工作质量(专科护理、病情观察、预判性护理及健康指导)、交接班质量总分及各维度得分、评判性思维能力总分及其他维度得分、对患者病情掌握情况均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组患者护理不良事件发生情况及健康教育掌握情况均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论护理床旁交接班中应用SBAR沟通模式,可提高护理人员对患者病情掌握能力,提高交接班质量,提升护理人员的评判性思维能力,还可降低护理不良事件发生率,提高患者健康宣教掌握情况,从而提高护理工作质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the application effect of bedside shift based on situation(S)-background(B)-assessment(A)-recommendation(S)(SBAR)model in improving nursing quality of dermatology department.Methods A total of 398 patients and 9 nurses from the department of dermatology in a Grade-A hospital from April to November 2023 were selected as the research objects by convenience sampling method.According to the hospitalization time,196 patients admitted from April to July 2023 were set as the control group and given the traditional handover mode,and 202 patients admitted from August to November 2023 were selected as the observation group and adopted SBAR bedside shift mode.The incidence were compared between the two groups.of nursing adverse events and the mastery of health education were compared between 2 groups,and the quality of nursing(primary care,specialist care,disease observation,predictive nursing,health guidance),quality of transition,critical thinking ability of nursing staff,the mastery of patients'condition were compared between 2 groups.Results In addition to basic nursing in the quality of nursing work and critical thinking of self-confidence outside dimension in critical thinking ability,the quality of nurses'care work(specialist care,disease observation,predictive nursing,health guidance),the total score and each dimension score of quality of transition,the total score and other dimension score of critical thinking ability,nursing staff's grasp of patients'disease in the observation group after intervention were higher than those in the control group,these differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The incidence of nursing adverse events and the mastery rate of health education in the observation group was better than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of SBAR communication mode in bedside shift of nurse can not only improve the ability of nurses to master patients'conditions,enhance the quality of shift,and increase the critical t
