摘  要:串级控制回路在实际工业生产中有着广泛的应用,相较于单回路控制系统,串级回路有着诸多的优点。副回路的设定不仅使得控制回路的抗干扰能力大大加强,而且还提高了系统的自适应能力。相对于单回路系统性能评估的广泛研究,串级控制系统尤其是非高斯条件下的性能评估研究还很少,且现有的研究成果还存在着一些缺陷。在单回路控制系统性能评估方法的基础上对典型串级控制回路性能评估方法展开深入研究,使用改进的分布估计算法对系统参数进行辨识,并提出新的更优越的性能评价指标,最后通过仿真验证改进方法的有效性。Cascade control loop is widely used in practical industrial production.Compared with the single loop control system,cascade loop has many advantages.The setting of the secondary loop not only strengthens the anti-interference ability of the control loop greatly,but also improves the adaptive ability of the system.Compared with the extensive research on the performance evaluation of single-loop systems,there are few studies on the performance evaluation of cascade control systems,especially under non-Gaussian conditions,and there are still some defects in the existing research results.Based on the performance assessment method of single loop control system,the performance assessment method of a typical cascade control loop is deeply studied.The improved estimation of distribution algorithm is used to identify the system parameters,and a new and more appropriate performance index is proposed.Finally,the effectiveness of the improved method is verified by simulation.
