摘　　要：盆腹腔肿物来源多样,术前诊断困难。巨大肿物压迫周围脏器,易导致缺血再灌注损伤。本文报道近期青岛大学附属威海市中心医院成功切除巨大盆腹腔肿物(22.5kg)1例,并进行围手术期思考。Pelvic abdominal mass comes from various sources,and is difficult to diagnose before operation.Giant mass compresses the surrounding organs,and easily leads to ischemia and reperfusion injury.This article reports a recent successful case of large pelvic abdominal mass(22.5 kg)in Weihai Central Hospital,Qingdao University and does the perioperative thinking.
