微型种植体支抗对错[牙合]畸形患者口腔正畸治疗中的效果及咀嚼功能的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨微型种植体支抗对错[牙合]畸形患者口腔正畸治疗中的效果及咀嚼功能的影响。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月于桐乡市中医医院接受口腔正畸的92例错[牙合]畸形患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组与传统组,各46例。传统组进行直丝弓托矫治器治疗,观察组进行微型种植体支抗,比较两组临床疗效、咀嚼功能、炎症因子水平及并发症发生情况。结果治疗后,两组咬合力均大于治疗前,咀嚼效率均高于治疗前,且研究者咬合力大于传统组,咀嚼效率高于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β和IL-6水平均高于治疗前,但研究组低于传统组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率为6.52%,明显低于传统组的21.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论微型种植体支抗在错[牙合]畸形患者口腔正畸治疗中疗效显著,可稳定发挥矫治作用,并发症少,可改善患者口腔美观程度和咀嚼功能,而且有利于患者牙周炎症微环境的改善,促进患者牙周组织修复,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effect of micro-implant anchorage on orthodontic treatment and masticatory function in patients with malocclusion.Methods 92 patients with malocclusion who underwent orthodontic treatment in Tongxiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,,they were divided into the study group and the traditional group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.The traditional group was treated with straight wire appliance,and the observation group was treated with micro-implant anchorage,the clinical efficacy,chewing function,inflammatory factor levels and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the bite force of the two groups was greater than that before treatment,the chewing efficiency was higher than that before treatment,and the bite force of the researchers was greater than that in the traditional group,the chewing efficiency was higher than that in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin(IL)-1βand IL-6 of the two groups were higher than those before treatment,but the study group were lower than those in the traditional group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.52%,which was significantly lower than 21.74%in the traditional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Micro-implant anchorage has a significant effect in orthodontic treatment of patients with malocclusion,it can play a stable role in orthodontic treatment,with fewer complications,it can improve the oral aesthetics and chewing function of patients,and is conducive to the improvement of periodontal inflammation microenvironment of patients,and promote the repair of periodontal tissue of patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
