血清腺苷脱氨酶和淀粉酶水平在急性胰腺炎诊断中的临床价值

摘　　要：目的探讨血清腺苷脱氨酶(ADA)和淀粉酶(AMY)在急性胰腺炎(AP)诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2020年1月至2021年12月鹰潭市人民医院收治的82例AP患者作为研究组,并将同期于本院接受健康体检的90名志愿者作为对照组。对照组于入院时检测ADA、AMY水平,研究组于入院时及入院后6、12、24h检测ADA、AMY水平。比较两组ADA及AMY水平,比较研究组不同时间血清ADA及AMY水平,统计两种血清指标检测AP的阳性率。结果研究组ADA及AMY水平均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组ADA及AMY水平均随着病程时间延长而升高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ADA检测AP的阳性率为87.80%,AMY检测AP的阳性率为91.46%。结论与正常人群相比,AP患者ADA及AMY水平较高,临床检测血清ADA及AMY水平,有助于提高AP确诊率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of serum adenosine deaminase(ADA)and amylase(AMY)in the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis(AP).Methods 82 AP patients admitted to Yingtan City People's Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study group,and 90 volunteers who underwent physical examination in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The levels of ADA and AMY were detected in the control group at admission,and the levels of ADA and AMY were detected in the study group at ad-mission and 6,12,24 h after admission.The levels of ADA and AMY between the two groups were compared,and the levels of serum ADA and AMY in the study group at different times were compared,the positive rates of AP detected by the two serum indexes were statistically analyzed.Results The levels of ADA and AMY in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).The levels of ADA and AMY in the study group increased with the prolongation of the course of disease,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive rate of AP detected by ADA was 87.80%,and the positive rate of AP detected by AMY was 91.46%.Conclusion Compared with the normal population,the levels of ADA and AMY in AP patients are higher,clinical detection of serum ADA and AMY levels is helpful to improve the diagnosis rate of AP.
