摘  要:目的探究在口腔美学带教中,采取数字化微笑设计技术结合前牙美学教育的方式,所获得的效果。方法于2023年1月至2023年12月新疆医科大学第一附属医院口腔科实习的口腔医学专业的本科生选取70名纳入到研究的范围,按照随机数字表法分成2组,各35名。对照组的实习生在口腔美学带教中采取实施常规的前牙美学教育,而观察组则予以数字化微笑设计技术结合前牙美学教育的方式,比较两组口腔美学知识的掌握情况、口腔修复审美能力、学习效果、带教总满意情况。结果观察组的口腔美学知识掌握评分、口腔修复审美能力评分、学习效果评分和带教总满意率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论将数字化微笑设计技术结合前牙美学教育应用于口腔美学带教中,可取得满意的效果,不但能提高实习生的美学知识掌握程度和口腔修复的审美能力,还有利于培养其自主学习能力、审美思维能力等,从而提升带教的效果,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of combining digital smile design technology with anterior teeth aesthetics education in oral aesthetics teaching.Methods From January 2023 to December 2023,70 undergraduates majoring in stomatology who were practicing in the Department of Stomatology of The First Affifiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University were selected and included in the study.They were divided into 2 groups according to random number table method,with 35 in each group.The interns in the control group implemented the conventional anterior dental aesthetic education in the oral aesthetic education,while the observation group combined the digital smile design technology with the anterior dental aesthetic education,and compared the two groups'oral aesthetic knowledge,oral restoration aesthetic ability,learning effect,and overall satisfaction with the teaching.Results The scores of oral aesthetic knowledge,aesthetic ability of oral repair,learning effect and total satisfaction rate of teaching in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions The application of digital smile design technology combined with anterior dental aesthetics education in oral aesthetics teaching can achieve satisfactory results,which can not only improve the students'aesthetic knowledge and aesthetic ability of oral restoration,but also help cultivate their independent learning ability and aesthetic thinking ability,so as to improve the teaching effect,which is worth promoting.
