摘　　要：当前,党的治理水平不断提升,外部国际局势日益复杂,科技发展日新月异,高校基层党组织面临着许多新情况、新考验。通过调查研究发现,当前高校基层党建工作还存在一些薄弱环节和突出问题,如党建管理统一而泛泛,党建活动针对性不足,党建质量评估标准不明确等,这些问题制约了基层党建工作的有效开展。对此,应将大数据、人工智能、党建平台等技术运用到高校基层党建工作中,有效提高高校基层党建工作的质量。Currently,with the continuous improvement of the party’s governance level,the increasingly complex international situation,and rapid technological advancements,grassroots party organizations in colleges and universities are facing many new situations and challenges.Through investigations and research,it has been found that there are still some weak links and prominent issues in the grassroots party building work in colleges and universities,such as unified but general party building management,insufficient targeted party building activities,and unclear evaluation criteria for party building quality.These issues restrict the effective implementation of grassroots party building work.In this regard,technologies such as big data,artificial intelligence,and party building platforms should be applied to the grassroots party building work in colleges and universities to effectively improve the quality of grassroots party building work in colleges and universities.
