摘　　要：康养产业是老年人解决健康养老服务的一项重要产业,由于传统的健康养老服务人才培养模式相对滞后、缺乏创新,职业院校培养的人才很难适应现代老年人口健康养老的个性化需求以及国内社会发展的需求。因此,要积极探索健康养老服务业人才的培养机制,建设医教协同育人体系,建立校企合作共建共享机制,加强医学类院校人才供给,优化专业设置,加强实践基地建设,提升医学人才实践能力,确保河北省健康养老服务业人才培养质量。The health care industry is an important industry for the elderly to solve health care services.Due to the relatively backwardness and lack of innovation in the traditional talent training model for health care services,it is difficult for talents trained by vocational colleges to adapt to the personalized needs of modern elderly people for health care and the needs of domestic social development.Therefore,it is necessary to explore the training mechanism for talents in the health care service industry,build medical and educational collaborative education system,establish a school-enterprise cooperation and sharing mechanism,strengthen the talent supply of medical colleges,optimize the professional settings,strengthen the construction of practice bases,and improve the practical ability of medical talents,so as to ensure the quality of talent training in the health care service industry in Hebei Province.
