摘 要:目的:探讨16周24式太极拳锻炼对气滞血瘀体质女大学生身心健康的影响情况,为气滞血瘀体质者的主动健康锻炼提供实践经验和理论依据。方法:采用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,对23名18~21岁的受试者参与16周24式太极拳锻炼后的心率、血压、肺活量、哈佛台阶指数、立定跳远及身心健康自我感觉症状进行分析。结果:受试者参与24式太极拳锻炼16周后,反映心血管机能的心率减缓且搏动有力(P<0.05)、哈佛台阶指数增大(P<0.01)、收缩压和舒张压稍增大,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);反映呼吸机能的肺活量增大(P<0.01);反映下肢爆发力的立定跳远成绩提升(P<0.01);身体疼痛、腹胀、乏力、心慌﹑胸闷﹑抑郁及焦虑等症状有明显好转。结论:受试者参与24式太极拳锻炼16周后能有效增强心肺功能、提高下肢力量,气滞血瘀体质得到良好改善。OBJECTIVE:To investigate the impact of a 16-week Tai Chi Chuan 24 Form on the physical and mental health of female college students with a constitution of Qi stagnation and blood stasis(the subjects),and to provide practical experience and theoretical basis for proactive health exercises for individuals with Qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution.METHODS:Using literature review,experimental methods,questionnaire surveys,and mathematical statistics,the study analyzed the heart rate,blood pressure,lung capacity,Harvard step test index,standing long jump performance,and self-perceived symptoms of physical and mental health in 23 subjects aged 18 to 21 after participating in a 16-week Tai Chi Chuan 24 Form.RESULTS:After 16 weeks of participating in the Tai Chi Chuan 24 Form,the subjects exhibited a decrease in heart rate,with strong and forceful pulsations(P<0.05),an increase in the Harvard step test index(P<0.01),a slight increase in systolic and diastolic blood pressure,but with no statistical significance(P>0.05);an increase in lung capacity(P<0.01) reflecting respiratory function,and an improvement in standing long jump performance reflecting lower limb explosive power(P<0.01).Symptoms such as body pain,abdominal distension,fatigue,palpitations,chest tightness,depression,and anxiety showed significant improvement.CONCLUSION:After 16 weeks of participating in the Tai Chi Chuan 24 Form,the subjects effectively enhanced their cardiopulmonary function and improved lower limb strength,indicating favorable improvements for individuals with a Qi stagnation and blood stasis constitution.
