摘  要:目的分离鉴定锐裂钱袋苔的次级代谢产物。方法利用MCI树脂、硅胶、LH-20凝胶、C18反相硅胶柱色谱及高效液相色谱等技术对锐裂钱袋苔乙醇提取物进行分离纯化,通过波谱数据分析,鉴定化合物的结构。结果从锐裂钱袋苔中分离鉴定6个化合物,分别为neryl hydroquinone(1)、(R,Z)-2-(3-hydroxy-3,7-dimethylocta-1,6-dien-1-yl)benzene-1,4-diol(2)、didehydroconicol(3)、2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(4)、ethyl orsellinate(5)和ethyl haematommate(6)。化合物2抑制促炎因子IL^(-1)8转录和iNOS及TNF-α表达。结论化合物1~3为异戊烯基化的对苯二酚衍生物,为首次从钱袋苔属植物中分离得到,化合物4~6为间苯二酚衍生物。化合物2可以抑制脂多糖(LPS)诱导的RAW264.7细胞炎症反应。Objective To determine the secondary metabolites of Marsupella commutata(Limpr.)Bernet.(M.commutate).Methods The ethanol extract from M.commutate was isolated and purified by MCI,silica gel,LH-20 gel,C18 reversed phase silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography.The structures of the compounds were identified by spectral data analysis.Results Totally 6 compounds were isolated and identified from M.commutate,including neryl hydroquinone(1),(R,Z)-2-(3-hydroxy-3,7-dimethylocta-1,6-dien-1-yl)benzene-1,4-diol(2),didehydroconicol(3),2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylbenzoic acid methyl ester(4),ethyl orsellinate(5),and ethyl haematommate(6).Compound 2 inhibited the transcription of pro-inflammation cytokines IL^(-1)8,and the intracellular expression of iNOS and TNF-α.Conclusion Compounds 1~3 are prenylated hydroquinone derivatives,which are isolated from M.commutata for the first time,and compounds 4~6 are resorcinol derivatives.Compound 2 can inhibit the inflammatory responses of lipopolysaccharide stimulated RAW264.7 cells.
