摘　　要：《肘后备急方》作为我国古代医学第一部急救手册,书中所载之内容于今日中医急诊学发展有无可替代的贡献。本研究回顾该书于病种、病因、诊疗理念、急救技术、急救药物应用等方面内容,为当下中医急诊学提供一定启示,以求裨益于急诊临床。As the first ancient Chinese medical emergency handbook,Handbook of Prescriptions for Emergencies has made irreplaceable contributions to the development of modern traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)emergency medicine.This article reviews the content of the book regarding disease types,etiology,diagnostic and therapeutic concepts,emergency techniques,and the application of emergency drugs,providing certain enlightenment for contemporary TCM emergency medicine,aiming to benefit emergency clinical practice.
