摘 要:针对矿用电铲挖掘物料体积难以准确预测的问题,从理论方面确立了实际挖掘物料体积与理论挖掘物料体积的比值系数k_(1),然后以国产WK系列电铲为研究对象,建立1/30的电铲缩比模型,依据电铲的实际挖掘工况,建立挖掘物料的离散元模型。利用接口技术实现挖掘过程的EDEM-RecurDyn双向耦合仿真,从挖掘初始角、最大挖掘厚度和颗粒尺寸、堆面安息角4个因素进行挖掘过程多次仿真,得到每种工况下的k_(1)。最后为了验证仿真结果的准确性,搭建电铲缩比模型试验台进行挖掘试验,结果表明:仿真模拟的比值系数k_(1)与试验测得的比值系数k_(1)在峰值和变化趋势方面都基本一致,验证了利用EDEM-RecurDyn双向耦合仿真可以较准确地估算电铲的实际挖掘质量,为电铲的挖掘轨迹优化提供了可靠依据。Aiming at the problem that it is difficult to accurately predict the volume of excavated materials for mining electric shovels,the ratio coefficient of the actual excavated material volume to the theoretical excavation material volume is k_(1) first established from the theoretical aspect,and then the domestic WK series electric shovel is used as the research object,a 1/30 electric shovel shrinkage ratio model is established,and a discrete element model of the excavated material is established according to the actual excavation conditions of the electric shovel.The EDEM-RecurDyn bidirectional coupling simulation of the excavation process is realized by using the interface technology,and the excavation process is simulated many times from the four factors of the initial excavation angle,the maximum excavation thickness and particle size,and the rest angle of the pile surface,and the k_(1) under each working condition is obtained.Finally,in order to verify the accuracy of the simulation results,an electric shovel scale ratio model test bench is built for excavation test,and the results show that the ratio coefficient k_(1) simulated and the ratio coefficient measured in the test are basically consistent in terms of peak and change trend k_(1) which verifies that the actual excavation quality of the electric shovel can be accurately estimated by EDEM-RecurDyn bidirectional coupling simulation,which provides a reliable basis for the optimization of the excavation trajectory of the electric shovel.
