摘 要:预应力混凝土梁悬臂浇筑施工时由于节段梁重误差、浇筑不平衡、施工荷载及风荷载等因素,造成梁体产生不平衡弯矩,需要在0号块施工时在体内或者体外设置临时固结体系,以平衡该弯矩。目前国内关于临时固结结构计算有两种方法,一种是仅考虑临时支座作用,另一种则考虑永久支座的作用。本文从临时固结失效造成的结果反推计算方法,考虑永久支座的支撑作用,梳理墩梁固结传力路径,分析不同临时固结体系破坏模式,并提出临时固结体系计算方法。During the cantilever casting construction of prestressed concrete beams,due to factors such as weight errors in segmental beams,unbalanced casting,construction loads,and wind loads,the unbalanced bending moment during the construction process is caused.It is necessary to set up a temporary consolidation system inside or outside the body during the construction of No.0 block to balance the bending moment.At present,there are two calculation methods of temporary consolidation structure in China.One is to only consider the role of temporary supports,while the other is to consider the role of permanent supports.Based on the calculation approach for the outcome of temporary consolidation failure and taking into account the supporting role of the permanent support,this paper sorts out the force transfer path of pier and beam consolidation,analyzes the failure modes of various temporary consolidation systems,and puts forward the calculation method of the temporary consolidation system.
