摘　　要：原发性头痛是具有高致残性的神经系统常见疾病,给患者个人、家庭及社会造成了巨大负担。目前我国的原发性头痛建设体系尚不规范,因此,在国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心的指导下,国家神经系统疾病医疗质量控制中心头痛规范化建设工作委员会于2021年制定和颁布了《中国头痛门诊建设规范》。近3年来,广大医务工作者对头痛认识逐渐深入,对中国头痛门诊的规范化建设提出了更高的要求。在此背景下,我们对《中国头痛门诊建设规范》进行了全面的更新,形成了《中国头痛门诊建设专家共识》,以进一步规范我国的头痛门诊建设。Primary headache is a common disease of the nervous system characterized by high disability,imposing a heavy burden on affected individuals,families,and society.Currently,the construction system of primary headaches in China is not standardized.Therefore,under the guidance of the National Center for Healthcare Quality Management in Neurological Diseases,the Headache Standardization Construction Working Committee of the National Center for Healthcare Quality Management in Neurological Diseases formulated and promulgated the The Standardization of Headache Outpatient Construction in China in 2021.Over the past three years,most medical workers have gained a deeper understanding of headaches,leading to higher demands for the standardization construction of headache outpatient in China.In this context,we have extensively revised the previous edition of The Standardization of Headache Outpatient Construction in China and formulated the Chinese Expert Consensus on the Standardization Construction of Headache Outpatient to further standardize the construction of headache outpatient in China.
