单果包装对‘雷公一号’柚果实贮藏品质的影响

摘  要:为筛选‘雷公一号’柚果实最佳贮藏方法及贮藏时间,采用不套袋常温通风和单果套袋常温通风两种方式进行贮藏(0~15℃自然通风),分析‘雷公一号’柚果实贮藏期间果实品质变化。结果表明:在0~15℃自然通风条件下贮藏60 d期间,与不套袋常温通风贮藏相比,单果套袋能延迟‘雷公一号’柚果皮完全褪绿30 d,失重率上升速率减缓,且果实无腐烂、果皮无皱缩现象。两个处理在贮藏期间可食率呈升高趋势,出汁率呈先上升后下降趋势,且单果套袋显著高于不套袋处理。单果套袋常温通风贮藏的果实可溶性固形物含量在贮藏30 d时最高,为13.2%;不套袋常温通风在贮藏60 d时最高,为15.1%;两个处理的可滴定酸含量均在贮藏15 d时最低,分别为0.21%和0.13%;固酸比均在贮藏15 d时达到最高,分别为64.06和93.37,随后呈逐渐下降趋势。综合来看,使用单果套袋常温通风贮藏方式更适合‘雷公一号’,贮藏期可达60 d。In this study,two storage methods including non-bagging room temperature ventilation storage and single fruit bagging room temperature ventilation storage(0~15℃natural ventilation)were applied for‘Leigong 1’pomelo preservation,and the changes of fruit qualities during storage were analyzed in order to screen the best storage method and storage time of‘Leigong 1’pomelo fruits.The results showed that single fruit bagging could delay the complete chlorosis of‘Leigong 1’peels for 30 days,slow down the increase rates of weight loss rate,and the fruits presented no rot or peel shrinkage during 60 days storage under 0~15℃natural ventilation compared with the non-bagging treatment.The edible rates of fruits under two treatments showed an increasing trend during storage,while the juice yield increased first and then decreased.Besides,single fruit bagging exhibited significantly superior effects than that of non-bagging treatment.The soluble solid contents of fruits under single fruit bagging and non-bagging treatments at room temperature ventilation were the highest on the 30th and 60th day of storage,which were 13.2%and 15.1%,respectively.The titratable acid contents of the two treatments were the lowest on the 15th of storage,which were 0.21%and 0.13%,respectively.The solid-acid ratios reached the highest on the 15th of storage,which were 64.06 and 93.37,respectively,and then decreased gradually.In general,the usage of single fruit bagging at room temperature ventilation storage is more suitable for‘Leigong 1’pomelo,and the storage time can reach to 60 days.
