摘　　要：本文介绍了一种大模数单联人字齿轮轴制齿工艺方案,通过对不同人字齿轮轴结构分析,根据加工设备设计专用工装,提制专用刀具,改进工艺方法。采用制齿粗、精加工工序分开,保证人字齿精度达到GB-7级。In this paper,a large-module single-link herringbone gear shaft gear making process scheme is introduced,through the analysis of the structure of different herringbone gear shafts,special tooling is designed according to the processing equipment,special tools are made,and the process method is improved.The rough and finishing processes of tooth making are separated to ensure that the accuracy of herringbone teeth reaches GB-7 level.
