摘　　要：中国共产党自成立以来,面对不同时期的主要矛盾与时代主题,不断加强和改善自身的文化领导力建设,推动了文化领导力建设内容的丰富和领导方式的完善,经历了从幼稚到成熟、从浅显到深刻的发展过程。中国共产党的文化领导力建设历经四个时期的探索与发展历程,在推动人民觉醒、凝聚社会力量、引领社会前进等方面发挥了至关重要的作用。考察中国共产党文化领导力建设的内涵及历程,可得到以下启示:加强和改善党的领导是党文化领导力建设的根本保证;遵循文化工作规律是党文化领导力建设的重要前提;发挥知识分子群体作用是党文化领导力建设的重要支撑;借助现代媒介技术是党文化领导力建设的重要手段。Since the establishment of the Communist Party of China,it has continuously strengthened and improved its cultural leadership construction,promoting the enrichment of cultural leadership content and the improvement of leadership methods,reflecting the development process from naive to mature and from simple to profound.The construction of cultural leadership of the Communist Party of China has gone through four periods of exploration and promotion,which has played a vital role.Studying the connotation and course of cultural leadership construction of the Communist Party of China,we can get the following enlightenment:strengthening and improving the party’s leadership is the fundamental guarantee of strengthening the party’s cultural leadership,following the law of cultural work is the important premise of strengthening the party’s cultural leadership,giving full play to the role of the intellectual group is an important guarantee for strengthening the construction of the party’s cultural leadership,and the use of modern media is an important means to strengthen the construction of the party’s cultural leadership.
