高校“一站式”学生社区赋能劳动教育的功能审视与路径探究

摘　　要：劳动是人类得以生存和发展的基础,劳动教育是中国特色社会主义教育体系的重要内容,是培育时代新人的重要环节,其成效直接决定着社会主义建设者和接班人的劳动精神面貌、劳动价值取向和劳动技能水平。高校“一站式”学生社区作为学生在校学习、生活的重要平台,能够赋能高校的劳动育人实践,而借助“一站式”学生社区党建引领、队伍进驻、条件保障、学生参与等方面的优势条件构建综合育人平台,又可以发挥“一站式”学生社区特有的劳动教育功能,实现以党建引领推动“浸润式”劳动文化育人、以社区队伍进驻形成劳动育人合力、以社区多元平台空间丰富劳动实践载体、以“学生参与”保障机制激发学生参与主动性,引导学生树立正确的劳动价值观、培养良好的劳动品质。Labor is the basis for the survival and development of human beings,and labor education is an important content of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics and an important link in cultivating new people of the times.Its effectiveness directly determines the outlook of labor spirit,labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and successors.“One-stop”student community,as an important platform for students to study and live in school,can empower the practice of labor education in colleges and universities,give full play to the advantages of“one-stop”student community in party building leadership,team entry,condition guarantee,student participation and other aspects,and form a unique labor education function of“one-stop”student community.To achieve the“infiltration”labor culture education with the guidance of party building,the formation of labor education force with community teams,the enrichment of labor practice methods with community diversified platform space,and the“student participation”guarantee mechanism to stimulate students’participation initiative,guide students to establish correct labor values and cultivate good labor quality.
