摘  要:超磁致伸缩式自动紧急制动系统是一种以超磁致伸缩致动器(Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator,GMA)为制动执行机构的自动紧急制动(Autonomous Emergency Braking,AEB)系统,能够实现车辆车身轻量化和快速制动的效果。针对同速近距离跟车状况下TTC算法失效,提出一种采用TTC(Time To Collision)算法和安全距离算法协同控制的控制策略。本文搭建了PreScan/SimulinkCarSim的联合仿真平台,采用CCRm(前方匀速行驶车辆追尾测试)的测试方法。联合仿真结果表明,协同控制策略与GMA结合,制动后避撞效果良好,极大提高车辆主动安全性能。The Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator(GMA)is an automatic emergency braking(AEB)system with the Giant Magnetostrictive Actuator(GMA)as the brake actuator,which can realize the effect of lightweight vehicle body and rapid braking.In view of the failure of TTC algorithm under the condition of close following at the same speed,a control strategy using TTC(Time To Collision)algorithm and safety distance algorithm collaborative control was proposed.In this paper,a PreScan/SimulinkCarSim co-simulation platform is built,and the CCRm(rear-end collision test of a vehicle driving at a constant speed in front)test method is adopted.The co-simulation results show that the combination of the cooperative control strategy and GMA has a good collision avoidance effect after braking,which greatly improves the active safety performance of the vehicle.
