摘 要:热胁迫是威胁莴苣生产的重要因素之一,莴苣中的多酚在莴苣响应热胁迫过程中起着重要的作用。通过对热胁迫下254份莴苣资源的多酚含量与热害指数进行鉴定,结果表明,在野生类型中多酚含量最高,结球莴苣中多酚含量最低;莴笋类型的热害指数最高,结球和油麦菜次之,而野生类型中热害指数最低。通过相关性分析,多酚含量和热害指数呈负相关。对部分材料中MYB75、MYB114基因的表达模式进行分析,MYB基因的表达与热害指数和多酚含量存在一定的相关性。Heat stress is one of major factors in threatening lettuce production.Polyphenols play an important role in response to heat stress in lettuce.The content of polyphenols and the heat damage index of 254 lettuce resources were identified under heat stress.The results showed that the content of polyphenols in the wild type lettuce was the highest,and crisphead was the lowest.Heat damage index of the stem type was the highest,followed by the crisphead and Youmai type,and the wild type lettuce was the lowest.Correlation analysis showed that the content of polyphenols was negatively correlated with heat damage index in lettuce.The expression of MYB75 and MYB114 genes were identified in part of the lettuce materials.The expression of MYB gene may be correlated with heat damage index and polyphenol content.
