摘　　要：诚信文化是中华优秀传统文化的思想精华和道德精髓,也是新时代提升乡村治理水平的关键。诚信文化建设不仅为乡村治理提供价值引领、协调社会关系、激活乡村治理活力,还对凝聚乡村治理主体间的信任关系发挥着至关重要的作用。价值指向、制度化水平和治理主体间的信任关系是以诚信文化建设助推内蒙古乡村治理的关键。只有培育诚信意识、规范诚信制度、凝聚各治理主体间的信任关系,才能规范内蒙古乡村治理行为,提升乡村治理效果,构建共治新模式。The integrity culture is the ideological essence and moral essence of the excellent traditional Chinese culture,and it is also the key to improving the level of rural governance in the new era.While providing value leadership for rural governance,coordinating social relations,and activating the vitality of rural governance,the construction of integrity culture plays a crucial role in cohesion of the trust relationship between rural governance subjects.Value pointing,institutionalization level and the trust relationship among governance subjects are the key to promoting rural governance in Inner Mongolia through the construction of integrity culture.Only by cultivating integrity awareness,standardizing the integrity system,and uniting the trust relationship among governance subjects can we regulate the behavior of rural governance,improve the effect of governance,and build a new model of common governance.
