摘　　要：睡眠是人体活动的必要组成部分,人体大约有1/3的时间处在睡眠过程中。睡眠障碍存在多种神经和精神疾病中,不仅影响患者病程的发生发展,而且严重影响患者的日常生活,导致生活质量下降。因此,改善神经和精神疾病患者的睡眠障碍尤为重要。经颅磁刺激作为一种无痛、无创的神经生理刺激技术,已广泛应用于神经和精神疾病的治疗中,在治疗睡眠问题中也取得一定的成效,本文就重复性经颅磁刺激对神经和精神疾病睡眠障碍治疗的临床应用进行综述。Sleep is a necessary part of human activity,and the human body spends about 1/3 in the sleep process.Sleep disorders have been present in a variety of neurological and psychiatric disorders of its time,which not only affect the onset and development of the patient’s disease course,but also seriously affect the patient’s daily life,leading to a decline in the quality of life.Therefore,it is particularly important to improve sleep disorders in patients with neurological and psychiatric disorders.Transcranial magnetic stimulation,as a painless and noninvasive neurophysiological stimulation technique,has been widely used in the treatment of neurological and psychiatric disorders,and has also achieved some success in the treatment of sleep problems.This article provides a review of the clinical application of repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation for the treatment of sleep disorders in neurological and psychiatric disorders.
