摘 要:针对薄煤层采煤机变频器功率密度受限问题,介绍了一种采用混合SiC IGBT替换常规的Si IGBT模块的高功率密度变频器。通过优化变频器的结构及布局,确保变频器在原重载功率90 kW的尺寸不变的前提下,重载功率提升至110 kW,功率密度显著提高。分析了混合SiC模块应用的关键技术,提供了选型依据。同时对研制的高功率密度变频器散热性能进行了仿真分析和实验验证。结果表明:混合SiC IGBT比使用Si IGBT可以降低约1/4的损耗,可满足应用于复杂工况,尤其是大倾角工作面的薄煤层大功率采煤机的使用要求。In order to solve the problem of limited power density of the inverter of thin coal seam shearer,a high power density inverter using hybrid SiC IGBT to replace the conventional Si IGBT module was introduced.By optimizing the structure and layout of the inverter,the inverter′s heavy-duty power is increased to 110 kW under the premise that the original heavy-duty power of 90 kW remains unchanged,and the power density is significantly improved.The key technologies of hybrid SiC module application were analyzed,and the selection basis was provided.At the same time,the heat dissipation performance of the developed high power density inverter was simulated and verified by experiments.The results show that the mixed SiC IGBT can reduce the loss by about 1/4 compared with the use of Si IGBT,which can meet the requirements of high power shearer with thin coal seams used in complex working conditions,especially in large inclination working face.
