摘  要:以齿轮箱故障模拟实验台为基础,对不同类型的齿轮箱故障进行模拟,利用远程油液在线监测系统进行油液特征信息数据采集,构建基于BP神经网络的在线油液故障诊断模型。进一步利用所采集的数据集对故障诊断模型进行训练、优化,从而建立基于远程油液在线监测系统的多传感器故障诊断模型。Based on the gearbox fault simulation experimental platform,different types of gearbox faults were simulated,and oil characteristic information data was collected by using the remote oil online monitoring system.An online oil fault diagnosis model based on the BP neural network was constructed.Further,the oil characteristic information dataset collected was used to train and optimize the fault diagnosis model,thus established a multi-sensor fault diagnosis model based on the remote oil online monitoring system.
