摘  要:目的:探讨催乳素诱导蛋白(PIP)基因表达与不同乳腺癌分子分型预后的关系。方法:检索基因表达综合数据库(GEO)中乳腺癌转录组水平基因表达数据集临床信息,根据基因表达水平进行乳腺癌分子分型,采用Cox比例风险回归分析生存率,Kaplan-Meier分析PIP基因表达与患者预后的关系。结果:从GEO获取有效的乳腺癌数据集48个,共纳入7926例乳腺癌患者。其中Basal-like型、Lunimal A型、Luminal B型和HER2+型分别占19.44%,46.74%,26.63%和7.18%。在不区分治疗方式和只分为未经系统性治疗组及系统性治疗组中,无论是无远处转移生存期(DMFS)、无复发生存期(RFS)、进展后生存期(PPS)和总生存期(OS),PIP基因高表达组较低表组患者生存期显著性延长(P<0.05)。在仅内分泌治疗组和仅化学药学治疗组中,与PIP基因低表达组患者比较,PIP基因高表达组患者RFS和DMFS生存时间显著性延长(P<0.05),PPS和OS生存时间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。在乳腺癌分子分型中,PIP基因高表达组与PIP基因低表达组比,仅Luminal A型组中RFS和DMFS生存时间显著性延长(P<0.05)。结论:PIP基因高表达与Lunimal A型乳腺癌患者预后密切相关,PIP基因表达联合乳腺癌分子分型能更好地评价乳腺癌患者预后。Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of PIP gene and the molecular typing prognosis of breast cancer.Method:The clinical information of breast cancer transcriptome level gene expression data set in gene expression omnibus(GEO)was retrieved.The gene expression data was used for molecular typing of breast cancer.Cox proportional hazard regression was used to analyze the survival rate.Kaplan Meier was used to analyze the relationship between PIP gene expression and the prognosis of patients.Results:48 effective breast cancer data sets were obtained from GEO,and 7926 breast cancer patients were included.Among them,Basal like type,Lunar A type,luminal B type,and HER2+type account for 19.44%,46.74%,26.63%,and 7.18%,respectively.In the two groups of patients without distinguishing treatment methods and only being divided into the non-systematic treatment group and the systematic treatment group,regardless of RFS,DMFS,PPS,and OS,the high expression of PIP gene group had a significantly longer survival period compared to the low expression group(P<0.05).Compared with patients in the PIP gene low expression group,the survival time of RFS and DMFS in patients with high expression of PIP gene was significantly prolonged(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in survival time between PPS and OS(P>0.05)in the group treated only with endocrine therapy and the group treated only with chemical pharmacology.In the molecular typing of breast cancer,only the survival time of RFS and DMFS in Luminal A group was significantly prolonged(P<0.05)compared with the group with high PIP gene expression and the group with low PIP gene expression.Conclusion:The high expression of PIP gene is closely related to the prognosis of ER positive and PR positive breast cancer patients.PIP gene expression combined with molecular typing of breast cancer can better evaluate the prognosis of patients.
