摘 要:使用丝状藻净化微污染水,探究丝状藻深度去除水中氮磷的特性及影响因素。结果表明,丝状藻对氮磷具有较高的去除效率。当丝状藻生物量为6 g/L,光照强度6000 lx,水温25℃,处理8h后,鞘藻、转板藻、水绵和刚毛藻对TN的去除率分别达到57%、34%、47%和54%,鞘藻、水绵和刚毛藻组的TN从劣V类达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)Ⅳ类。鞘藻、转板藻、水绵和刚毛藻对TP的去除率分别达到80%、44%、71%和75%,鞘藻、水绵和刚毛藻组的TP从劣V类达到Ⅲ类水质标准。丝状藻最适生物量为6 g/L,过高过低的生物量均不利于对氮磷的去除。光照和水温是影响丝状藻去除氮磷的重要影响因素,适宜光照范围为6000~10000lx,适宜水温为25℃。Filamentous algae were used to purify micro-polluted water to investigate the characteristics and fac⁃tors affecting the deep removal of nitrogen and phosphorus from water by filamentous algae.The results showed that the filamentous algae had a high removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus.When the biomass of filamentous al⁃gae was 6 g/L,the light intensity was 6000 lx,the water temperature was 25℃,and the treatment was carried out for 8h,the TN removal rates of Oedogonium sp,Mougeotia sp,Spirogyra sp,and Cladophora sp reached 57%,34%,47%and 54%,respectively,and the TN of the group of Oedogonium sp,Spirogyra sp,and Cladophora sp reached from the inferior V to theⅣclass of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water of China(GB 3838—2002).The re⁃moval rates of TP by Oedogonium sp,Mougeotia sp,Spirogyra sp,and Cladophora sp reached 80%,44%,71%and 75%,respectively,and the TP of Oedogonium sp,Spirogyra sp,and Cladophora sp reached the water quality standard of Class III from inferior Class V.The optimum biomass of filamentous algae was 6 g/L,and too high or too low biomass was unfavorable for the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus.Light and water temperature were important factors affecting the removal of nitrogen and phosphorus by filamentous algae,and the suitable light range was 6000~10000lx,and the suitable water temperature was 25℃.
