摘  要:信号转导和转录激活因子6(signal transduction and transcription activating factor 6,STAT6)是STAT家族的成员之一,主要参与信号转导、基因转录,在机体免疫反应中发挥重要作用。近年来,随着对STAT6相关通路研究的深入,发现其介导的免疫通路在组织纤维化过程中发挥关键性作用,可为纤维化治疗提供新思路。本文将系统阐述STAT6与组织纤维化之间的关系,以期为临床提供参考。Signal transduction and transcription activating factor 6(STAT6),a member of the STAT family,is mainly involved in signal transduction and gene transcription,and plays a great role in the immune response of organism.In recent years,with in-depth research on STAT6 related pathways,it has been found that the immune pathway mediated by STAT6 plays a crucial role in tissue fibrosis.These findings could provide a new concept for the treatment of fibrosis.This article systematically elaborated on the relationship between STAT6 and tissue fibrosis,in order to provide reference for clinical research.
