摘　　要：目的探究LINC00472、LINC00969表达与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)患者临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法选取2018年9月至2020年9月在河南大学第一附属医院接受治疗的120例NSCLC患者为研究对象,收集患者手术切除的癌组织及癌旁组织,根据患者预后情况分为生存组(n=73)和死亡组(n=47)。采用实时荧光定量-聚合酶链式反应(qRT-PCR)检测纳入患者LINC00472、LINC00969水平;采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析LINC00472、LINC00969水平对NSCLC患者预后的预测价值;采用Kaplan-Meier法分析NSCLC患者LINC00472、LINC00969水平与预后的关系;采用COX回归分析NSCLC患者预后的影响因素。结果与癌旁组织相比,NSCLC患者癌组织中LINC00472水平降低,LINC00969水平升高(P<0.05)。与生存组相比,死亡组患者中LINC00472表达水平降低,LINC00969表达水平升高(P<0.05)。不同TNM分期、淋巴结转移、分化程度的NSCLC患者LINC00472、LINC00969表达水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。LINC00472低表达、LINC00969高表达的NSCLC患者3年生存率低于LINC00472高表达、LINC00969低表达的患者(χ2=6.728、10.996,P=0.009、0.001)。LINC00472、LINC00969、TNM分期、分化程度、淋巴结转移是NSCLC患者预后的影响因素(P<0.05)。LINC00472、LINC00969二者联合检测NSCLC患者预后的曲线下面积(AUC)最高,优于二者单独预测(P<0.05)。结论LINC00472、LINC 00969与NSCLC患者临床病理特征有关,且二者联合检测对患者预后的预测效能较高。Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of LINC00472 and LINC00969 and the clinicopathological characteristics and prognosis of patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods A total of 120 patients with NSCLC treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University from September 2018 to September 2020 were selected as the study objects.The cancerous tissues and adjacent tissues were collected.The patients were divided into a survival group(n=73)and a death group(n=47)according to their prognosis.The levels of LINC00472 and LINC00969 were detected by qRT-PCR.The predictive value of LINC00472 and LINC00969 levels on the prognosis of NSCLC patients was analyzed by ROC curve.Kaplan-Meier method was used to analyze the relationship between LINC00472 and LINC00969 levels and prognosis in NSCLC patients.COX regression analysis was used to analyze the prognostic factors of NSCLC patients.Results Compared with the adjacent tissue,the level of LINC00472 in the cancerous tissue of NSCLC patients decreased,while the level of LINC00969 increased(P<0.05).Compared with the survival group,the level of LINC00472 in the tissue of the death group decreased,while the level of LINC00969 increased(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the expression levels of LINC00472 and LINC00969 in NSCLC patients with different TNM stages,lymph node metastasis,and degree of differentiation(P<0.05).The 3-year survival rate of NSCLC patients with low expression of LINC00472 and high expression of LINC00969 was lower than that of patients with high expression of LINC00472 and low expression of LINC00969(χ2=6.728,10.996,P=0.009,0.001).LINC00472,LINC00969,TNM stage,lymph node metastasis and differentiation degree were the prognostic factors of NSCLC(P<0.05).The AUC of the combined detection of LINC00472 and LINC00969 for the prognosis of NSCLC patients was the highest,which was better than that of their single detection(P<0.05).Conclusion LINC00472 and LINC00969 are related to the clinicopathological charact
