大学生行为抑制系统和行为激活系统对抑郁影响的中介效应分析

摘　　要：目的探究大学生行为抑制系统(BIS)、行为激活系统(BAS)与抑郁、述情障碍之间的关系,并分析述情障碍在BIS、BAS和抑郁关系中的作用。方法2022年5月通过线上问卷星平台向四川、深圳等地高校大学生发放量表,包括BIS、BAS量表和Beck抑郁量表(BDI)及述情障碍量表(BVAQ),共对1152名高校大学生进行调查。结果大学生抑郁与BIS呈正相关(r=0.392,P<0.001),与BAS呈负相关(r=-0.268,P<0.001);述情障碍与抑郁呈负相关(r=-0.206,P<0.001),与BIS(r=0.123,P<0.001)、BAS(r=0.339,P<0.001)呈正相关;大学生BIS(β=0.413,P<0.001)、BAS(β=-0.200,P<0.001)直接影响抑郁,述情障碍在行为系统与抑郁之间起中介作用。结论大学生BIS正向影响抑郁、BAS负向影响抑郁,且述情障碍在其BIS、BAS以及抑郁之间起中介作用。Objective To explore the relationship between the behavioral inhibition system(BIS)/behavioral activation system(BAS),and depression and alexithymia,and to identify the role of alexithymia as a mediator in the relationship between BIS/BAS and depression.Methods Distributed online through the Questionnaire Star platform,scales including BIS/BAS Scale,the Beck Depression Inventory(BDI),and the Bermond-Vorst Alexithymia Questionnaire(BVAQ)were administered to 1152 college students in Sichuan and Shenzhen in May 2022.Results In college students,depression was positively correlated with BIS(r=0.392,P<0.001),and negatively correlated with BAS(r=-0.268,P<0.001).Alexithymia was negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.206,P<0.001),and positively correlated with BIS(r=0.123,P<0.001)and BAS(r=0.339,P<0.001).BIS directly affected depression(β=0.413,P<0.001).BAS directly affected depression(β=-0.200,P<0.001).Alexithymia played a mediating role in the relationship between behavioral systems and depression.Conclusion BIS of college students positively affects depression,while BAS negatively affects depression.And alexithymia mediates between BIS/BAS and depression.
