摘　　要：针对打包装置对涂层钢筋磨损高的问题,设计一套适用于环氧树脂涂层钢筋打包的圆形捆扎夹紧装置。为实现涂层钢筋低磨损、自动化圆形捆扎夹紧的功能,重点对低磨损和收紧聚圆方案进行研究。在低磨损方案中,设计了双排错位六边形滚轮结构;在收紧聚圆方案中,设计了节律性收缩的卡箍机构;最终实现了对涂层钢筋的打包功能。最后根据有限元分析,验证了装置关键部件承受最大力后的有效性,所设计结构解决了涂层钢筋束成捆夹紧过程中由于机械结构的摩擦及碰撞导致的涂层受损的问题,为企业减少人工成本及实现自动化打包提供了参考。In the current market,the steel bundling device mostly adopts grip form,which has low working efficiency,and will wear the coating of steel bars,reducing its working performance,etc.Aiming at these problems,a set of circular binding clamping device for epoxy resin coated steel bar is designed in this article.In order to realize the function of automatic circular binding and clamping of the coated steel bars with low wear,the scheme of low wear and clamping into round is studied emphatically.In the low wear scheme,the double-row misaligned hexagonal roller structure is designed;while in the scheme of clamping into round,the clamp mechanism of periodic contraction is designed,and thus the packing function of coated steel bar is realized finally.According to the finite element analysis,it is verified that the key components of the device would not cause damage after bearing the maximum force.The device would effectively solve the problem of coating damage caused by friction and collision between steel bars and mechanical structures during the bundling and clamping process of coated steel bars,and reduce labor cost and realize automatic packing function.
