基于CiteSpace的国内认知行为疗法相关文献可视化分析

摘　　要：目的分析认知行为疗法(congnitive behavioral therapy,CBT)领域研究热点及发展趋势,为后续深入研究提供参考。方法利用CiteSpace软件对中国知网(CNKI)收录的认知行为疗法相关文献从发文量、作者、机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献529篇,年度发文量呈波动式增长,总体发文量不高,发文量最多的作者是李占江,发文量最多的机构是上海交通大学医学院附属精神卫生中心,国内研究热点主要集中在负性情绪、失眠和生命质量方面;睡眠质量、乳腺癌是近二十年的研究前沿。结论国内CBT研究处于发展阶段,研究话题聚焦于睡眠质量和乳腺癌,未来应加强作者与机构间合作,以推动CBT相关研究高质量发展。Objective To analyze the research hotspots and development trends in the field of cognitive behavioral therapy,and to provide reference for further research.Methods Using CiteSpace software,this paper makes a visual analysis on the number of articles,authors,institutions,keywords and other aspects related to cognitive behavioral therapy included in CNKI.Results A total of 529 articles were included,and the annual number of published articles showed a fluctuating growth.The overall number of published articles was not high.The author with the largest number of published articles was Li Zhanjiang,and the organization with the largest number of published articles was the Mental Health Center affiliated to the Medical College of Shanghai Jiaotong University.Domestic research mainly focused on negative emotions,sleeplessness and quality of life;sleep quality and breast cancer were the research frontiers in the past two decades.Conclusion Domestic CBT research is in the development stage,and research topics focus on sleep quality and breast cancer.In the future,cooperation between authors and institutions should be streng-thened to promote high-quality development of CBT related research.
