基于模糊集定性比较分析法的高质量校企协同育人体系构成要素研究

摘　　要：基于TOE框架,以江苏省内34所具有研究生招生资格的高校为案例,采用模糊集定性比较分析法,从组态视角出发分析技术、组织、环境三类构成要素对于育人体系建设成效提升的联动匹配与等效路径。研究发现:单一条件并不构成获得协同育人体系高建设成效的必要条件,但组织条件占据了驱动路径中核心条件位置;存在4条高建设成效驱动路径,即产业主导—资源推动技术型、产业主导—需求推动型、产业主导—教学协同技术型和教学主导—资源推动型;条件组态间的替代关系表明,多要素协同作用可通过“殊途同归”的方式对育人体系建设成效产生影响。Based on the TOE framework,this paper takes 34 colleges and universities with postgraduate enrollment qualification in the Jiangsu province as cases,and adopts the fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis method to analyze the linkage matching and equivalent paths of the three types of factors,namely,technological,organizational,and environmental conditions,for the improvement of education effectiveness from the perspective of configuration.The study has found that a single condition alone does not constitute a necessary condition for achieving high effectiveness in the construction of a collaborative education system;however,organizational conditions occupy a core position in the driving pathways.There are four driving pathways for high effectiveness in construction:industryled with resourcedriven technology,industryled with demanddriven technology,industryled with teachingcollaborative technology,and teachingled with resourcedriven technology.The substitution relationships between condition configurations indicate that the synergistic effects of multiple factors can impact the effectiveness of the education system’s construction through a“convergent path”approach.
