摘 要:实训教学是高职教育教学中的核心环节,其质量好坏直接决定了人才培养质量以及用人单位与企业的满意度。文章以我院机电一体化专业为对象,以OBE教育理念为导向,通过修订专业人才培养方案,从实训教学管理制度、实训教学目标、实训教学内容、实训教学资源、实训教学评价体系、实训教学保障体系六个方面构建了实训教学体系,旨在提升机电一体化专业实训教学质量,实现专业人才培养目标,从而提升人才培养质量。Practical teaching is the core link in the teaching of higher vocational education,and its quality directly determines the quality of talent training and the satisfaction of employers and enterprises.Based on the mechatronics major of our institute and guided by the Outcome based education concept,this paper constructs a training and teaching system from six aspects:training teaching management system,training teaching objectives,training teaching content,training teaching resources,training teaching evaluation system and training teaching guarantee system,aiming to improve the quality of training and teaching of mechatronics major,realize the training goal of professional talents,and improve the quality of talent training.
