摘 要:前轴工字梁是汽车中重要零部件,在确保车辆可靠性保持不变的情况下,对前轴工字梁的结构分析和优化设计以减轻车辆质量非常重要。使用UG对前轴工字梁进行3D建模,根据前轴工字梁在汽车实际运行中的特定工作条件及实际工况下进行力特性理论计算,使用Hyper Mesh软件分析前轴工字梁在最大垂向力、最大扭转工作和紧急制动条件下的流体动力学特性,以及在这三种不同工作条件下的前轴工字梁的流体动力学特性得到应力云图和位移云图。在满足前轴工字钢的强度和刚度的前提下,使用Hyper Mesh的Shape Optimization模块优化前轴工字梁结构及进行静态和模态分析,以验证优化后结构的安全性和可靠性,从而降低前轴工字钢的质量,降低成本,提高整车性能。The front axle I-beam is an important component in the automobile,and it is very important to analyze the structure and optimize the design of the front axle I-beam to reduce the vehicle mass under the condition of ensuring the reliability of the vehicle.UG was used to model the front axle I-beam in 3D,the force characteristics of the front axle I-beam were calculated theoretically according to the specific working conditions and actual working conditions in the actual operation of the front axle,and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the front axle I-beam under the conditions of maximum vertical force,maximum torsional work and emergency braking were analyzed by Hyper Mesh software,and the hydrodynamic characteristics of the front axle I-beam under these three different working conditions were obtained to obtain stress contours and displacement contours.Under the premise of satisfying the strength and stiffness of the front axle I-beam,the Shape Optimization module of Hyper Mesh was used to optimize the front axle I-beam structure and perform static and modal analysis to verify the safety and reliability of the optimized structure,so as to reduce the quality of the front axle I-beam,reduce the cost and improve the performance of the whole vehicle.
