摘  要:为了研究前期悬架硬点的布置是否具有较好的运动学性能,以某车型为例,运用adams/car软件建立该车型麦弗逊前悬架的精确动力学模型,并进行平行轮跳仿真分析,得出悬架的定位参数及轮距随轮跳的变化关系。选择分析中变化较大的前束角、外倾角和轮距为优化目标,运用adams/isight进行硬点坐标对定位参数的敏感度分析,确定优化变量。设定优化变量的合理范围,通过多次迭代计算,得到优化结果。发现优化目标的变化范围都明显减小,提高了悬架的运动特性,达到硬点优化效果。In order to study whether the hard points distribution of one vehicle with a MacPherson front suspension has a good kinetic characteristics or not,we build a precise simulation model under the condition that left and right wheels are made parallel travel,and analyze the relationships of alignment parameters and track with wheel travel in adams/car.Left and right wheels are made parallel travel condition during the simulation.Then,we choose the parameters(toe angle,camber angle,track)whose values have a significant change in the previous analysis as optimization goals,and do the sensitivity analysis between hard points coordinates and alignment parameters in adams/isight to determine the optimization variables.Finally,we set a proper range to the optimization variables,and get the optimization results through iterative computation.It can be found that the changing ranges of the chosen parameters to be optimized are all obviously small and our optimization goal is reached.
