摘　　要：基于“互联网+资源”构建移动学习情境,推进碎片化学习、可视化学习以及混合式学习,是实现个性化教学的改革方向。立足于满足个性化教学需要,分析声乐教学资源库建设的需求,揭示基于微信平台构建个人声乐教学资源库的优势和机理,阐释个人声乐教学资源库建设的要点,探索实现教学资源库建设多元化、个性化、适用化的途径。Build a mobile learning context based on"Internet+resources"and promote fragmented learning,visualized learning and blended learning,which are important directions to realize personalized teaching.Grounded in the needs of personalized teaching,the needs of vocal teaching resource pool construction are analyzed,the advantages and mechanisms of building personalized vocal teaching resource pool based on WeChat platform are revealed,the main points of personalized teaching resource pool construction are explained,and the ways of teaching resource pool construction that is towards diversification,personalization and applicability,are explored.
