摘　　要：针对目前训练信息资源建设管理体制存在的问题,提出了信息资源共建共享模式,从共建共享必要性、建设要点、机制构建三个方面论述了训练信息资源的“建、管、用”。通过建立训练信息资源共享平台,对信息资源进行协作开发,实现训练信息资源管理和应用的网络化、信息化和科学化,以满足军事训练和人才培养多方面的需要。In this paper,aiming at exposed problems about management system of training information resources,co-construction and sharing model is put forward.The issue of construction,management and employment about training information resources are discussed from three aspects,such as co-construction and sharing necessity,construction key point and mechanism building.By establishing co-sharing platform and cooperative exploiting information resources,management and employment of training information resources will achieve networked informationize,and scientization to meet military training and personnel cultivating.
