新形势下地方高校开放性生物实验室建设与管理探索

摘　　要：生物学在多个应用领域以及高等教育中扮演着重要角色。随着生物学研究逐渐向高端化、复杂化发展,建设开放性生物实验室成为地方高校高水平发展和适应高等教育改革的必然趋势。从实验室的开放方案、使用技术、管理制度、保障体系等方面探讨了开放性生物实验室的建设方案,着重解决仪器设备的闲置占用、维修维护、安全管理等问题,可为地方高校开放性生物实验室建设与管理提供借鉴。Biology plays an important role in multiple application fields and higher education.As biological research gradually becomes more high-end and complex,building an open biological laboratory has become an inevitable trend for high level development of local universities and adaptation to higher education reform.The construction of an open biological laboratory is explored from the laboratory open program,the use of technology,management system and security system,with a focus on solving issues such as instrument idle occupation,equipment maintenance,and safety management,which will provide reference for the construction and management of open biological laboratories in local universities.
