摘　　要：在公安大数据战略背景下,公安院校应秉持“教、学、练、战”一体化的教学模式,积极探索实验实训教学创新机制的思路和途径。分析了公安专业实验实训教学过程中制约创新能力培养的因素并提出相应对策:构建有利于学生创新能力培养的实验实训教学体系;改革实验实训教学的观念和模式,培养学生创新能力;打造实战化实验教学平台,开展实战化训练以及充分发挥大数据技术优势,提升实验实训教学的实践性,以实现公安院校高素质创新型人才的培养目标。In the context of the public security big data strategy,public security colleges and universities should uphold the teaching mode of integration of"teaching,learning,practicing and combat"and actively explore innovative mechanisms and approaches for experimental and practical teaching.The article analyzes the factors that restrict the cultivation of innovative ability in the experimental and practical teaching process of public security majors,and proposes countermeasures.It is recommended to construct an experimental and practical teaching system that is conducive to the cultivation of innovative ability;reform the concept and mode of experimental and practical training teaching;build a practical experimental teaching platform and carry out practical training;strengthen the construction of laboratory teams and fully leverage the advantages of big data technology to enhance the practicality of practical training and teaching,in order to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality and innovative talents in public security colleges.
