摘　　要：International Translation Day is celebrated every year on September 30.The day,established by the United Nations in 2017,honors the hardworking people who change one language into another.It is important to honor translators and interpreters who play an important role in connecting people and cultures around the world.They bridge the gap between languages,making communication possible across borders and barriers.每年的9月30日是国际翻译日。这个节日由联合国在2017年设立,是为了向辛勤工作、将一种语言转换成另一种语言的翻译人士致敬。表彰翻译与口译员在联系全球人民以及文化层面发挥了重要作用是很有必要的,他们弥合了语言的鸿沟,使跨越国界和障碍的沟通成为可能。
