摘　　要：目的探析内镜下组织胶注射结合内镜下套扎术对食管胃底静脉曲张的效果。方法选择2021年1月至2022年12月赣州市第五人民医院收治的60例食管胃底静脉曲张患者为研究对象,依照随机数字表法将其随机分为对照组(n=30)与观察组(n=30)。对照组以内镜下组织胶注射方案进行治疗;观察组以内镜下组织胶注射结合内镜下套扎术方案进行治疗。比较两组的胃镜特征变化、治疗次数与止血时间、临床疗效、并发症发生率以及再出血率。结果观察组患者治疗后6个月在曲张静脉数目、曲张静脉直径以及红色征上的表现均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者止血时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床疗效总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症总发生率与再出血率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用内镜下组织胶注射结合内镜下套扎术治疗食管胃底静脉曲张患者,可有效改变胃镜特征表现,改善患者出血情况,强化临床治疗效果,减少各类并发症对患者病情的影响。Objective To explore the effect of endoscopic tissue glue injection combined with endoscopic ligation on esophageal and gastric varices.Methods A total of 60 patients with esophageal and gastric varices admitted to Department of Hepatology,Ganzhou Fifth People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and observation group(n=30)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with endoscopic tissue glue injection.observation group was treated with endoscopic tissue glue injection combined with endoscopic ligation.The changes of gastroscopy features,treatment times and hemostatic time,clinical efficacy,complication rate and rebleeding rate were compared between the two groups.Results The number,diameter and red sign of varicose veins in observation group were lower than those in control group 6 months after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of hemostasis in observation group was shorter than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total complication rate and rebleeding rate of observation group were lower than those of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Endoscopic tissue glue injection combined with endoscopic ligation in the treatment of patients with esophageal and gastric varices can effectively change the characteristics of gastroscopy,improve the bleeding situation of patients,strengthen the clinical treatment effect,and reduce the influence of various complications on the patient's condition.
