摘 要:目的评价不同粘接剂对树脂水门汀和氧化锆粘接强度的影响。方法选取方形等大氧化锆试件48块,抛光、喷砂、清洁,限定粘接面积后,使用不同粘接剂涂布,按照随机数表法分成3组:3M组、可乐丽组、皓齿组,每组各16块。3M组采用3M第八代通用型粘接剂,可乐丽组采用可乐丽通用型粘接剂,皓齿组采用皓齿通用型粘接剂。3M双固化树脂水门汀充填剂RelyX TM Ultimate圆柱形充填,充填完毕继续分为两个亚组,第一亚组在充填完成后,即老化前;另一亚组进行10000次温度循环老化,即老化后,各8块,进行剪切强度测试,利用傅里叶红外光谱仪分别记录树脂粘接剂固化前后的红外光谱图,计算聚合转化率(DC),并进行统计学分析。结果老化前,3M组与可乐丽组的粘接强度比较[(30.05±4.18)MPa vs.(27.84±4.75)MPa],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3M组与可乐丽组的粘接强度均显著高于皓齿组[(19.35±3.41)MPa],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老化后,3M组与可乐丽组的粘接强度比较[(23.75±2.95)MPa vs.(20.57±3.06)MPa],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但3M组与可乐丽组的粘接强度均显著高于皓齿组[(7.97±1.40)MPa],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。老化后,3组粘接强度均下降,与老化前相比,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3M组与可乐丽组的DC比较[(53.12±9.14)%vs.(49.66±6.82)%],差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),3M组与可乐丽组的DC均显著高于皓齿组[(40.18±5.54)%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论两种含10-甲基丙烯酰氧癸二氢磷酸酯(10-MDP)粘接剂粘接后剪切强度较不含10-MDP粘接剂组高,且聚合转化好,不含10-MDP粘接剂在树脂水门汀和氧化锆粘接中粘接性较差。温度老化对各种粘接剂粘接后剪切强度均有影响,含10-MDP粘接剂较不含10-MDP粘接剂对老化敏感性弱。Objective To evaluate the effect of different adhesives on the bonding strength between resin cement and zirconia.Methods A total of 48 equal sized square zirconia specimens were selected,polished,sandblasted,cleaned,and the bonding areas were limited.They were randomly divided into three groups using by random number table method,with 16 in each group.The 3M group was given 3M eighth generation universal adhesive,the Kuraray group was given Kuraray universal adhesive,and the Ultradent group was given Ultradent universal adhesive.Then filled as a cylinder with a 3M dual-cure resin cement RelyX TM Ultimate continued to be divided into two subgroups after filling.The first subgroup was after filling,i.e.before aging;the other subgroup underwent 10000 temperature cycle aging,i.e.after aging,shear strength tests were conducted,with 8 in each group.Fourier infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to record the infrared spectra of the resin binder before and after curing,and the polymerization conversion rate(DC)was calculated,the data were statistically analyzed.Results Before aging,there was no statistically significant difference in the adhesive strength between the 3M group and the Kuraray group[(30.05±4.18)MPa vs.(27.84±4.75)MPa](P>0.05),however,the adhesive strength of the 3M group and the Kuraray group were significantly higher than that of the Ultradent group[(19.35±3.41)MPa],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After aging,there was no statistically significant difference in the adhesive strength between the 3M group and the Kuraray group[(23.75±2.95)MPa vs.(20.57±3.06)MPa](P>0.05),but the adhesive strength of the 3M group and the Kuraray group were significantly higher than that of the Ultradent group[(7.97±1.40)MPa],and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After aging,the adhesive strength of three groups were lower that those before aging,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the DC between th
